Deliveries within the UK cost €10

All wigs are shipped using Royal Mail Special guaranteed next-day delivery insured up to €500

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries are sent out via DHL express delivery service and take 3-5 working days to receive.

International delivery costs €25

The recipient must pay any customs charges. Custom changes vary depending on the country, Hairwithblessing has no control over those costs and charges.

DELIVERY POLICIES

1. All wigs from collections are made based on the order.
2. The process starts the next working day after placing your order and it will take 7-10 working days before we send the wig out to you.
3. Ready-to-ship wigs are sent out the next working day after the order.
4. You’ll receive a tracking number and shipping notice once your order is sent.
5. Signatures may be required when receiving the parcel.
6. If you’re not available to receive your parcel, you’ll get a card in the post. You can use the card to pick it up from the local post office.
7. You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number in the dispatch email.

 If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t gotten your order, please contact us.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as we can however during busy periods, delivery times may take longer than usual but we will continue to communicate with you efficiently if anything changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. To cancel an order, contact us during business hours. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and your happiness is our top priority. Each unit has been checked to ensure its quality before shipping to you.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please email Hairwithblessing@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. However if for any reason the item arrives damaged, we can exchange provided the product is then returned to us within 3-5 days of receiving it.

All goods will be inspected upon return, so it will only be accepted if the product is still in its original packaging and has not been altered in any way i.e washed, cut or coloured. If the item is received in a rough condition, it will not be accepted.
